Our Curations
1. Authenticity of curated items: All our curations are 100% authentic. We conduct multiple layers of authenticity checks very thoroughly, leaving no stone unturned. We are an authorised Entrupy Partner and cross-reference authentication evaluations with other gold standard authenticators like Zeko. Customers of our curations have been able to get their vintage items serviced by the respective brand owners on the primary market without issues.
2. As an independent curator registered in Singapore, we/our curations are not affiliated with brands, logos, and images on the primary market. The names of brands remain registered trademarks of their respective owners.
3. What “Legacy-Grade” Means to us: A piece is considered legacy-grade when it demonstrates enduring relevance beyond seasonal demand or trend cycles.
Our evaluation prioritises:
• Maison significance and historical continuity
• Intrinsic value density, particularly in precious metals, horology, and craftsmanship
• Proven resilience in the secondary market across cycles
• Discontinued, low-circulation, or archival variants
• Condition and provenance that exceed prevailing market norms
Only pieces that meet our internal admission standards are accepted by us.
4. At WLCSG, every piece is curated through a deliberately built multi-channel network. Our inventory comes primarily from three trusted supply chains: discerning high-net-worth private consignors who entrust us with their luxury bags, jewellery and timepieces; an extensive network of established Singapore luxury dealers, where many watch specialists consign to us at business-to-business rates; and long-standing relationships with leading Japanese wholesale companies, dealers and auction houses, cultivated over years of consistent collaboration. This depth of access allows us to present a constantly evolving collection of authenticated, collector-worthy pieces at fair valuations while offering clients a breadth of inventory that extends well beyond what is publicly available.
5) Curation of Vintage Watches: Age, Maintenance & Warranty
Vintage watches are pre-owned timepieces that may be several decades old and should be purchased with an understanding of their age and the corresponding limitations of older components and movements.
While all watches are checked for functionality prior to sale unless otherwise stated, vintage watches may naturally require more frequent maintenance, servicing, battery replacement and/or component repair than modern watches. The lifespan of individual components — including batteries, movements, seals and other internal parts — cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, water resistance is not guaranteed for vintage watches and exposure to water is not recommended.
Any warranty provided by WLCSG applies only for the stated in-house warranty period and in accordance with its applicable terms. Once the warranty period has expired, subsequent faults, deterioration, servicing requirements or component failures arising from age, wear, usage or the nature of a vintage timepiece will be the responsibility of the owner, including the associated costs of diagnosis, servicing and repair.
Where appropriate, WLCSG may assist owners in arranging assessment or servicing through our network of technicians. Any assistance, subsidy or goodwill extended by WLCSG outside the warranty period is offered strictly at our discretion and does not constitute an extension or renewal of the original warranty, nor an acceptance of liability for future repairs.
